The second chest is located in Golgoroth's cellar, after the Warpriest encounter, and will require you to navigate the maze and for each player to stand on plates in a certain order. There's a really useful cellar map (opens in new tab) in the Destiny reddit (opens in new tab) created by Blake Robinson that lays out the area, what plates you need to stand on, and the obstacles you'll encounter trying to get to them. If you do all five correctly, you'll get a notification saying that a chest has appeared.

Talk to Alexander, exhaust the dialogue by speaking to him 7 times in a row. The first puzzle we come to is a simple maze. Walk to the bottom right corner of the room to see a purple crystal formation, you must start from this point. The path from here is as follows:
During this next maze, Icicle clusters will block your path. Be very careful not to nudge into them or they will kill you and reset the puzzle. The purple line in this section is invisible but it still needs to be followed. Otherwise opening the door will kill you.
Use the Red rocks to climb up to the second floor. Enter the maze via the bottom left opening. Then walk all the way to the top side of the maze. The exit to the door is situated where the top left tile is. This will be our starting point, from here move the tiles accordingly to match the picture below.

The KQ6 tile maze is the last in a series of intensely integrated copy protection puzzles. It's a room with twenty tiles that have to be stepped on in the correct order. One misstep and you git got by flying spikes. A printed guidebook includes a poem with the necessary clues which I was floored to figure out in 1993.
The tile maze isn't difficult, but it is a tax. Once memorized, you can knock it out pretty quickly. Speedrunners have gotten this down to an obscene four to five seconds but it requires a lot of concentration and plenty of runs end right there. Have they considered just... skipping it?
Bypassing the tile maze is indeed a bug. The ALT key isn't special, someone just forgot it existed, and so it slips through some complex code. The tile maze contains custom event handlers to override the normal walk behavior and enforce the path by snapping the player to a tile. Custom handlers intercept events before the normal code and that means they're on the hook for not getting confused by interesting input. Anyone who has written code like this knows that's a terrible position to be in. Obscure shortcuts like CTRL-click and SHIFT-click (which cycle the cursor) must be detected and passed on for normal processing or else they'll unexpectedly trigger the custom code. The tile code handles this by inspecting the modifiers of incoming events to see if it should pass them on, but instead of checking for CTRL or SHIFT explicitly, it bluntly checks if any modifiers are set. That's simpler but it accidentally promotes ALT from an unused modifier to a secret code bypass button! There are a half-dozen or so rooms with this code pattern and ALT glitches them all in various ways. The tile maze just happens to be the one room with useful side-effects.
The courtyard is a large area with four hedge mazes. Before going into the mazes, walk all the way to the northwest corner of the courtyard to find a Guard Spec. Then, walk to the middle of the courtyard and examine the north side of the fountain to find a Rare Candy.
Have your rival stand near the entrance of the maze, then walk towards the Furfrou from the side. If Furfrou is on the right, go at it from the left. You need to make the Furfrou go north into the maze. Next, position your rival at the spot Furfrou was just standing, then walk towards the Furfrou at the top of the maze to corner it in the dead end. Walk towards the Furfrou from the side again so it doesn't run past you, and make sure you come at it from the opposite direction of your Rival's position. If your Rival is at the bottom right, come at Furfrou from the left.
The maze consists of an endless grid of square rooms filled with enemies. The player must use the clues from the six Infuriating Notes in the Ammonomicon to determine the correct sequence of directions to travel. Each note ends with a piece of cheese pointing in a specific direction, and the six directions are in order of the six notes in the Ammonomicon. If the directions are successfully followed in order, the player will reach the Resourceful Rat. However, if the player wanders too long without finding the Resourceful Rat, they will simply be taken to an elevator to the Hollow. If the player attempts to take a shortcut in their path (e.g., if the path in the Infuriating Notes is up, right, up, left, left, left, and the player attempts the path up, up, left, left), the final room will contain the elevator to the Hollow even though both paths lead to the same room.

There are five plates located in the sprawling maze. Use the diagram above to leave a Guardian at each location and have the fireteam step on the plates in order.
